Meet Linh, a self-made entrepreneur and property expert who has overcome incredible odds to become a leading figure in the real estate industry. However, at 18, Linh stumbled across the life-changing book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, which sparked her interest in business and property investing.
By the age of 21, Linh had already founded three successful businesses, showcasing her natural talent and determination. At 24, Linh purchased her first home.
She learnt the value of investing in real estate and set goals towards her retirement. She quickly built a multi-million dollar property portfolio in central Auckland, impressively achieving this feat in just 18 months. However, Linh also knew the importance of balancing work and family and turned her attention to raising her children and expanding her business ventures.
With over 23 years of sales and management experience in the retail industry, Linh's passion for property investing led her to become a property coach in 2015. Her expertise and guidance have helped over 200 investors and homeowners get on the property ladder and create wealth by building a property portfolio for retirement.
